1. Operator and scope
FULLSTACKHUB (“we”) operates the Smart Coin app and smart-coin.app. This policy applies to personal information processed through these services.
2. Information we process
When you sign in, we may receive an account identifier and the email or name you choose to share from Google, Apple or Kakao.
- Watchlists, selected exchanges, display and language settings
- Price and market-signal alert rules and delivery history
- Push token and operating system
- Access times, error and security logs, IP address and operational data
3. Why we use it
We authenticate users, sync settings, deliver alerts, answer support, diagnose failures, secure the service, prevent abuse and meet legal duties.
4. Providers and direct connections
Authentication uses Google, Apple, Kakao and Keycloak; notifications use Expo and platform push services. The app may connect directly to public exchange APIs/WebSockets and TRONSCAN, whose providers may process your IP and request data under their policies.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain data while needed to provide the service. After in-app deletion or a verified email request, we delete it without undue delay except for minimum legal or security records. Device sign-in tokens use secure OS storage.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction and withdraw notification permission. Delete in the app or contact support@fullstackhub.net.
7. International processing and security
Global identity, cloud and push providers may process data abroad. We use transport encryption, access controls, minimization and secure storage.
8. Children, updates and contact
Smart Coin is not directed to children under 14. Material changes will be announced in the service or website. Contact: support@fullstackhub.net
