Smart Coin organizes and compares public market data and provides signals, Data Lab, alerts and network exploration. By using it, you agree to these terms.
2. No investment advice
All content is general information, not investment, financial, legal or tax advice. We do not recommend a trade or guarantee returns. You are responsible for decisions and losses.
3. Accuracy and availability
Data depends on exchanges, TRONSCAN and other public sources and may be delayed, missing, incorrect or unavailable. Verify the actual exchange order screen and terms before trading.
4. Accounts and alerts
Keep your account and device secure. Alerts may be delayed or missed because of network, platform or provider conditions and never execute orders.
5. Prohibited conduct
Do not disrupt or access the service without authorization, exploit vulnerabilities, send excessive automated requests, copy protected work, violate rights or use it unlawfully.
6. Intellectual property and third parties
We own the Smart Coin brand, interface and original content. Third-party names, data and marks belong to their owners.
7. Changes and liability
We may change or discontinue features as allowed by law. Without intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for indirect loss caused by third-party data, force majeure or your investment decisions.
8. Governing law and contact
